                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM HELEN P. AUSTIN, RELATIVE TO
                  NORTH POINT BOULEVARD WIDENING, TRACT NO. 2,
                  FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND
                  DOLLARS ($15,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Helen P. Austin, relative to
       North Point Boulevard Widening, Tract No. 2, for a consideration
       of $15,000.00.
